2. Services
AKS42 provides mobile app development, MVP planning, digital system architecture, UX and interface design, integrations, dashboards, maintenance, and related product engineering services. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, system access, credentials, third-party approvals, and project decisions. Delays in these items may affect timelines and delivery dates.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment milestones, billing terms, and expenses are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started or a milestone has been delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
After full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding pre-existing materials, third-party assets, open-source software, reusable components, tools, frameworks, and AKS42 background technology.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Projects may rely on app stores, hosting platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, identity services, APIs, development tools, or other third-party platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We build digital products intended to support business goals, but we do not guarantee revenue, user adoption, app store ranking, funding, operational savings, or any specific commercial outcome.
8. Security and Availability
We use reasonable development practices, but no software system can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure. Production reliability also depends on third-party services, hosting, configuration, and operational decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKS42 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
